Situation

There exists an opportunity to bring Marines (active and non-active) together in a structured format to support each other. Many former Marines miss the integrity, discipline and teamwork experienced while on active duty. Given Marine leadership skills and drive, many have become successful in business as leaders and owners. Marines have been forged and shaped by a unique and challenging crucible, and hence share a strong bond.

By bringing this dynamic group together and focusing its energy on supporting fellow Marines, we can create an effective, and mutually rewarding networking group.

Mission

NMCBN is a professional organization of Marines. Our purpose is to support fellow Marines by promoting commerce, sharing knowledge and building relationships within our network. Members will always maintain the highest level of integrity and commitment to excellence while adhering to our motto Semper Fidelis.

Execution

The structure and by-laws of the organization will change and adapt to the “realities on the ground." However our mission will remain inviolate. The Headquarters will be responsible for the creation and dissemination of all polices and rules with the input from Chapter Officers and members as applicable.
