Mentor Network

As your career moves forward you may well encounter a minefield or two on your journey. For every minefield, it is much easier to follow someone that has already traveled the route and knows just where to step.

We will be building a volunteer-based Marine to Marine Mentoring Network with the intent of matching up Marines seeking guidance with other Marines that have a map of the mines for a particular issue.

NMCBN's responsibility will ONLY be the following:

1. To match up Marines looking for guidance with other Marines that are volunteering and claim experience in that particular area. It will be the responsibility of the Marine seeking help to ask questions and determine on their own if the prospective mentor has experience that can be of assistance.
   
   
2. NMCBN will protect the privacy and confidentiality of Marines on both sides of the Mentor relationship. Our servers will suggest potential matchups for a mentor relationship. The contact will be up to the Marine seeking assistance. Our servers will NOT save the requesting information on an individual basis. We will ONLY save the subject totals so that we can help meet your needs.
   
   For example: We may discover that 20 Marine owned businesses face the same issue, and we only have one Marine that has volunteered to help in this situation. This will enable us to recruit more help in the areas of need.
